Pecos Export Terminal - Unlocking the Delaware Basin’s Export Potential
  • Mexico’s northwest and Pacific coast provides an opportunity to supply a poorly served 17B USD fuel market with premium pricing by leveraging Istmo Energy’s strategically located processing terminal in the Delaware Basin through a bespoke asset based marketing model that provides faster access and better services to the market.
  • The Pecos Crude Processing and Export Terminal project consist of a fractionation unit, and a light crude topping plant to be built in Pecos, Texas (Reeves County). The facility is envisioned as an export platform for gas and liquids from West Texas to Northwest Mexico and the Pacific.
